REVIEW: Glamour Doll Eye Shadow Samples

Another GDE review? YES ! This review is on some sample baggies I have purchased a while ago. I will say I'd rather purchase sample JARS because BAGGIES are just a hassle and, they get lost under all my makeup and I end up forgetting about them. The colors I ordered were Disco White, Urban Trash, Immature, Hyped Up, Dolly, Lovers Lane, and Victorian. Once again I love all of there shadows I don't have anything to complain about... well maybe hehe ;]
* All shadows are swatched with no base or primer
* No I am not affliated with this website
* No I am not being paid for this review
* No I am not sponsered

Lovers Lane is a pretty burgundy red color it looks like it has brown under tones. It does not have irredecents its just more of like a sheen, well a satin color.

Immature is a pretty green golor. Almost reminds me of a shamrock I don't know why. I can see some glitter in it but its hard to make out the color of the glitter. It also has a blue sheen to it. And golden undertones

Dolly is a pink. Gorgeous pink color and I'm not a big fan of pinks. It has what looks like rainbow glitter. Im sure the site has a better desription than I have. But for me not being a fan of pinks I absolutely adore this color.

Vctorian is my favorite out of all of these. This color is beautiful but my camera is not picking up how pretty it is. It's a purple color with what looks like a black undertones. Also with the rainbow glitter, and a pink sheen

Hyped up this is a pretty orange/peach color. But it doesnt show up as orange as it looks in the bag which I'm glad bacuse I would use this color as a inner corner color or even a highlight. It comes off as a peachy soft color with tons of glitter. ( rainbow glitter )
*When I opened the baggie, glitter was everywhere ! =[.

Disco White It's just a matte white with purple and green glitter. The glitter makes this color to die for I must say.

Urban Trash just a basic matte black. Very pigmented black. So if ur looking for a nice black go with this color ! No it does not have glitter. The pictrue shows glitter because I couldn't get all of the glitter off my finger from the other colors so it tranfered. Whoops !

Have you ever treid GDE? If so which shadows do you reccomend? Let me know down below =D

Boring Blog !

So I know right now my blog is kind of boring looking. I honestly have no idea on how to put a template/layout that I've found and like. I could use some major help. So I'm asking my readers for help. I'd really like to made my blog more interesting looking, but I can't seem to figure this whole HTML thing out yet. If you can e-mail me and help me out that would be great and I'd really appreciate it.

REVIEW: Coconut Self-Heating Oil

First of all this product saved my hair ! I must have pretty damaged hair. I'm not going to go into full detail about my hair because that's for another post. Basically I have extremely dry hair and extremely curly hair. I'm half white and half black ( i dont know how else to put it ) so I guess that explain my very weird hair texture. Ok im going off topic. So what saved my hair is this product called Coconut Milk: Self-Heating Coconut Oil. I've had this product for quite sometime but i never used it the way I did the other night. So basically what this product does is help repair dry damaged hair.
What you do is pump the product into your hands and rub them together until you feel it warming up and it says to apply a small about before you take a shower. What I did was before showering, part my hair into four sections. Then I took one of the four sections and then i would make a bunch of little sections of hair. I would then take two or three pumps ( depening how thick that part of my hair was and how dry ) and apply it to the little sections individually. I did this all over my head until my hair was just full of this oil. I must say my hair drank this stuff up like nothing ! I showered as normal, used my current shampoo and conditioner. I let my hair air dry yesterday, and today i strightened it.
My hair has never been so shiny and healthy looking. Even after using this product one time the way I did, I've noticed a dramatic change in my hair. It lays flatter, it's smoother, and shinier. I am so pleased with these reults. This brand has a whole line of products. So far I've tried the shampoo and conditioner and this self heating oil. Have you ever tried anything from this line? If so tell me what you tired and how it workd for you.
* I forgot to mention that the product brand is called Organix
* Payed for the product myself
* You can find this at your local CVS or WAL-MART. Sorry international people I do not know where you can find this
* Questions? Just ask i don't bite =]

NOTD 8

This is with two coats of polish. I think it looked fine with just two coats but you can always add a third.

This is the polish with just one coat

My camera didn't really pick up how beautiful this color is.

Nails of the week time. I couldn't sleep last night and I thought well today is the day to wear purple so why not purple nails. I never owned a Zoya polish before but I have to say I'm really impressed with the polish. The polish has like a black base with a ton of purple glitter. Depending on how the light is shining on my nails, either the glitter shows or the black base shows and it looks like a black/purple polish. I love this color. Sorry there's no elaborate design today, I liked this color on It's own.

Products Used:
-Beauty Secrets base coat
-Beauty Secrets top coat
-Zoya polish in Julieanne

REVIEW: Glamour Doll Eye Shadow

I finally received my GDE shadows in the mail today. I had ordered the Halloween Set 1. I ripped the package open because iIwas so excited. The little bag it comes in is so adorable, and theres a really good amout of shadow in the jar. They are 5-grams jars I believe. They also sell sample jars and baggies, which im not sure how much product comes in those you'd have to check the site which I'll sourse a link to down below. Before I get into actually get into the review theres a few things I have to say.
I purchased this product with my own money. I am not a sponsered girl, and im not being paid for this review. These are my honest opinions. Now on to the review.
Shipping was decent. I understand she is a one woman show and does everything herself, so I wasn't expecting to get my shadows the same week I ordered them even though I wanted them fast haha. Packages are in a small bubble mailer and they come by regular mail not FED EX or UPS. If that concerns you, then you can always put insurance on your package. Now onto the shadows.

The first one im going to talk about is not actually a shadow its called an Eye Light. Its a very nice fine glitter. The name of the glitter is Zombie Date Night. It's a black and red glitter. If you put this on a black base you'll definatly be able to see the red more. And if you put this on a red base you'll see the black glitter more. Theres a video on the site more in depth about eye lights so go check out the site for ways to use your eye lights.

Next is an actual shadow. This one is called FrankenGlamour. This is one of my favortie colors. It's a lime geen, but this can either be worn very bright and in your face or kind of a toned down color. It has green, gold, and white shimmers Thats what I can see. It also has like a golden sheen to it almost. Beautiful color. I really like this color over a white base, but it would probably look even nicer over a green base.

Next shadow is called Graveyard. This a matte dark grey. I must say I never had a color like this one. I think everyone should have a color like this in they're collection.

The last color is called Bruised! . This is my second favorite shadow. It's a nice Blueish Purple color. It has aqua/blue looking shimmers in it, and I can see some pink/purple shimmers. I like this color over both a white and black base.

*I am very happy with these shadows they are pigmented.

The swatches are over NYX jumbo pencil in Milk and Jane color stick in 05 My Boyfriend.
Any questions just ask ;]. *All pictures are taken by me.
And also I have purachsed sample baggies from her before if you want to see swatches of those and a review let me know.

NOTD 7 ! ( lots of pictures today )

PRODUCTS:
-Beauty Secrets Base Coat
-China Glaze Polish in Ingrid ( thats my sisters name how ironic haha)
-Sally Hansen polish in Black Out
-Konad Stamping set
-Konad image place M57
-Konad black polish ( it didnt have a color name )

Basically what I did was put two coats of the color Ingrid down and then I went in with my konad set and did the little fish net design on my nails. on my middle finger is just my boyfriend's initials J.A.A since he's been asking me to do that haha. And our date as well, which is 1259. OH I almost forgot I used Seche Vite top coat. I usually don't use top coats but I think todays design needed it.
