November Favorites

This is my first time ever doing a favorites post. And I know I'm so late with getting it up, but I just haven't had a lot of time for taking pictures and what not. Better late than never.
First is my Nars Sheer Glow Foundation. I'm in the shade Barcelona.
Second is my Lash Stiletto Voluptuous Mascara in waterproof. This is by Maybelline.
Third if my NYX jumbo pencil in Milk.
Fourth is my Smashbox Face and Bronzing Powder. I only use the bronzer side, I could care less for the face powder.
Fifth is my GDE shadow in Graveyard ( from the halloween collection )
Sixth is my GDE shadow in Bruised ( also from the halloween collection )

UPDATE: H2O+ Product

This is the toner that my skin doesn't agree with

I did a full review on the H2O + line I received a while back. I never really stopped using the products because i liked them. When I did the review I did mention that when I used the toner my face became a bit red and irritated. The irritation did stop after using it more only for a tiny amount of time. Until tonight of course. After washing my face and putting on my toner and sat down to wait for it to dry my skin began to feel hot and itchy, but I didn't itch my face because that would only make it worse. I got up to look at my face in the mirror only to see my skin covered with red blotches. I'm so disappointed with this product. I never expected it to bother my face so  much. I do have sensitive skin so that may be a part of the problem as well. I wouldn't reccomend this toner to anyone who has sensitive skin like mine. That was just a quick little update to let you guys know what i experienced with this particular product. I actually circled where my face is red on one picture, but i think the other are quite obvious so I didn't think they needed it.

NOTD 15: 70's Wallpaper

This nail design was inspired by a video on YouTube. Her YT name is LOVE4NAILS. She does great designs so go check her out ! Anyways, the design on her nail is different because she has way longer nails than mine. But I just added me own twist so that it would fit my nails better. Now let me tell you this nail design took me forever to do. I did all the little circles just with a dotting too, nothing else. I have no idea what to call this design do i just called it 70's wallpaper. If you have a different name for it please let me know =].

PRODUCTS USED:
-Beauty Secrets Base Coat
-Beauty Secrets Top Coat
- Essie: Turquoise & Caicos
-OPI: Alpine Snow

NOTD 13: Thanksgiving/Autumn Inspired

Here's whats on my nails currently. This is kind of a Thanksgiving/Autumn inspired look. The red is not too bright and the orange ties it all together. I took a lot of pictures, I'm feeling good this morning =]. Also another design I'm trying from the daily nail.
PRODUCTS USED:
-Beauty Secrets Base Coat
-Beauty Secrets Top Coat
-OPI in Little Red Wagon
-OPI in Chop Sticking To My Story

NOTD 12 ! Vampy Cheetah?

PRODUCTS USED:
-beauty secrets top coat
-beauty secrets base coat
-China Glaze in Ingrid
-Nabi nail Art In Black
-Nabi Nail Art In Night Wine
-A gold nail art ( it doesn't have a name sorry ! )
The nail design I was inspired from actually had used totally different colors. I liked the look with dark colors more so i switched it up for my preference. I put down two coats of Ingrid. Painted on my red moon. And then attempted to do cheetah spots. I guess I did okay for not using Konad ! Everything was freehand. I had fun doing this design.
*I know I'm posting a bunch of NOTD but I'm just trying to catch up ! Bear with me

Where Have I been ?!

AHh I feel As if I haven't updated this blog in forever. It has been a while though. I been updating on LUUUX though. I usually update both at the same time but lately I haven't been having enough time. I been spending a lot more time with my boyfriend, and doing a bunch of shopping for Christmas. Also just personal things I've been taking care of and dealing with. Hopefully this upcoming month of December, I'll be having some nice hauls and what not. I've also decided that I'm going to start doing monthly favorites. I'm going to start with November favorites. Which will either be up today or sometime later tonight. Also a new NOTD should be up early tomorrow, since I'll be doing my nails tonight but I only take my nail pictures during the day when the sun is right in front of my window. Also if you want to request anything just let me know in the comments, message me, of e-mail me. Any of the three work =]. I was thinking about starting a new blog where I look for recipes on blogs, and try the recipes out and tell you guys/gals what I think about the recipe and how it worked out and such. I feel like it would be something different and fun, but most recipes would be of baking since I love baking ! So yeah everyone, this was just a little update of whats been going on lately. I could always use a friendly chat too !

NOTD 10 ... I think... =]

I was undecided as of what nail design I wanted to put on my nails. So I did two different ones. The first one didn't turn out the way I wanted it to but thats ok I think it still came out pretty nice. I wasn't doing my nails for a while since my nails are doing nothing but breaking. I get extremely annoyed when my nails break since it takes for ever for them to grow. Enough ranting and onto the products.

PRODUCTS USED:
-Usual base and top coats
-OPI Bare Foot In Barcelona
-OPI Alpine Snow
-Sally Hansen Black
-Nabi Nail Art In White
-Nabi Nail Art In Black

For the dots and the squiggly lines i used a toothpick since I didn't have a dotting too yet.

REVIEW: H2O+ Products

I was supposed to put this up yesterday but I didn't have the time. Better late than never anyways. Well I been using these products for a week now. I have to say I love this line of products. My mom had a favorite as well. I recieved these products complementary of BeautyStat, which I have a link to on the sidebar. Go check out the site =]. These are MY OWN opinions.
But on to the review :)

First up is the creamy face cleanser. A little goes a long way with this product. I really don't like the smell since I'm not a fan on citrus smelling things. The smell makes me a little sick but thats just me. I had a hard time getting this to lather. Maybe it was me not doing something right but I doubt it. After I dry my face when using this it leaves my face extremely soft, and I love that. This is  4 fl oz bottle which I think is enough products for a facial cleanser, plus as I said a little goes a long way.

Next is the renewing prep tonic. Which is a toner. To me It's just another toner I didn't find anything that I liked specifically. The only Problem I had with this was that it kind of burned and irritated my skin in some areas. It says It's a alcohol free toner. It may be because I have really sensitive skin. I never really use a toner so that could be way as well. I feel like I'll run out of this product quick for some reason. It's a 7 fl oz bottle which is a quite bit of product, but I've been using it for a week and I feel like It's wasting quite quick.

The gentle refining polish is an exfoliator. It is really gentle which I like because I hate the rough kind like St Ives as an example. I only used this once since I don't exfoliate everyday but if I find something I don't like about it I will let you all know through an update post. The box says that is has fine grained bamboo extract and It's supposed to hydrate your skin and help improve resiliency. I havn't used it enough to tell you if those things are true or not. But I can tell you that It's a nice scrub. This is a 2.5 fl oz bottle but you need very little of this so it should last a while.

This is the deep moisture cream which I an in love with ! I had really dry skin around my nose area and above my eyebrows when I received these products. So I thought this is the perfect time to see if this really works. I would apply this after I cleansed my face with the cleaner and used the toner. After I let this cream sink in I then would put some Face Oasis Hydrating Treatment over that ( a little sample that came with the Sea Pure line ).Within two days my skin was back to feeling soft, theres was no dryness of flaking of my skin at all. I was so surprised. If you have dry skin I definitely recommend you trying this along with the hydrating treatment. The jar is 1.7 fl oz. I think this will last a really long time because again you only need the smallest amount.

On to the perfecting eye cream. Yes I used this product but on my skin I guess it wouldn't really show results since the skin under my eyes isn't really damaged or anything like that. So instead I had my mom try this out instead. The box says the cream is supposed to help visibly repair and refresh the delicate skin around they eyes while booting skins cellular renewal cycle. My mom claimed that it made the skin under her eyes appear brighter since she had such dark circles. I'm taking her word for it since I didn't pay much attention. I do use this product because they say its good to use a eye cream even if you don't exactly need to. It's a .5 fl oz jar. Which yes that is a small jar but with these products you honestly don't need much at all.

This is a small sample they gave me from they're Face Oasis line. I have two other samples of the same five from other lines, but I didn't find use for those. But this is what I put over top of the deep moisture cream. The smell reminded me of windex I don't know why. I would love to purchase of a full size of this product. The bottle is a .27 fl oz.

* Overall I love this line of products. When I run out I will be buying more. Maybe I'll try a different line they have. When I do I will be sure to let you guys and gals know ! I would like to thank BeautyStat And H2O+.
